Big O Tires

I've been remiss by not posting sooner. Was unhappy with the Branson Big O service. Went to Hollister Big O. TOTALLY better operation! They were professional, courteous and fixed part of our problem. Tried hard to rectify the rest. Finally couldn't. Referred us to someone else.They were also wonderful. They fixed rest of problem. Will use both and recommend.

Great experience! I drove into town from NE for vacation on Wednesday morning had an issue with my tire and gave them a call. 30 minutes later my car was at the shop waiting to get worked on! They kept me updated along the way and even took a test drive with me so I could bring their attention to the noise I was hearing. Great customer service! In a matter of a few hours I was back to enjoying my vacation.

I had a really good experience at this shop on Monday. I contacted them because the tires I purchased in 2021 that had only 8000 miles on them were completely worn out. I think the tread level was 4. I had no traction on my rear set of dually tires. They told me to come in so they can check them out which I did and they agreed to honor the warranty and replace them. I was so happy about it because they were very expensive NITTO tires. Well they changed them on Monday, without a hiccup. I strongly recommend this shop.

We called the store with 5 minutes to spare on a Saturday. They were not only willing to still take us to fix a busted hose but stayed an hour late to help fix our car to be able to drive home from vacation. Fantastic customer service and really went above and beyond to get our car drive able!

Good selection of things but way over priced especially on there rate per hour to have things worked on. Wanted to charge $450 for a leveling kit for my pickup that I can get for $200 and $500 for 2 and a half hour labor with front end alignment.
